For Canadians: Intrasoft Solutions Int'l Inc. (intrasoft.net) accepts Visa, MasterCard and Postal Money Orders or COD to pay for orders placed by customers in Canada.

For American and International Orders: We accept Visa, MasterCard and Postal Money Order. Credit Cards accounts will be charged in Canadian funds and are subject to your bank or card provider's daily exchange rate.

We accept Postal Money Orders, Bank drawn Money Orders (from well know source) otherwise they will be returned to the sender, and the order will be cancelled.

Prices are set at the time of purchase. We offer no form of price protection. All prices listed are in Canadian currency. We update prices periodically and they are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical or photographical errors that might occur on the site. Residents of Quebec will be charged 7.5% PST. All residents of Canada will be charged 7% GST or 15%HST. Shipping within Canada is also subject to GST/HST taxation.

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS:
Intrasoft Solutions Int'l Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, for any reason. In addition, an automated electronic order confirmation does not indicate acceptance of any order by us. In the event of a dispute, any charges will be refunded and the order cancelled.

SHORTAGES IN AN ORDER:
Intrasoft Solutions Int'l Inc. uses an advanced order checking and packing routine. Please inspect the contents of your shipment carefully upon your receipt of it. You have three (3) days after confirmed delivery to report any shortages in the shipment. We will not accept any responsibility, or offer any options after those three days have passed.

ORDERS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING:
If you have reason to believe that your order was damaged by the shipping carrier, please notify us immediately for further instructions. All orders are fully insured for replacement. Most often we can file a damage claim and ship a replacement within one or two business days. Do not "throw away" damaged items or packaging, as they are proof of claim. If the item and/or packaging has been discarded, we may be unable to get the claim processed and you will be re-billed for the replacement item(s) and shipping.

RETURN POLICY:
All Ipswitch products are covered by an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Ipswitch software in the first 30 days after purchase, just e-mail or call our Customer Service Team at (450) 581-2297 or toll free 1-888-564-4267 to arrange for your return and refund.

All returns or warranty items MUST have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Intrasoft Solutions Int'l Inc. before they will be accepted back. Any item returned without our RMA number will be refused. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for twelve (12) business days within which return products must be received by Intrasoft Solutions Int'l Inc.


There are no absolutely no refunds of the original shipping costs or COD charges.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Warranty replacements will be shipped back to the customer at Intrasoft Solutions Int'l Inc. expense.
In the case of international RMAs (including the U.S.A.) - the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (return and replacement).
